Prace Launcher is a workflow and scheduling tool used for technician operations, customer visit planning, and related business tasks.
2. Intended use
The service is intended for legitimate internal or contracted business use connected with technician scheduling, work-plan import, calendar management, and contact management.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in a way that matches the documented product behavior.
3. Google-connected features
If Google-connected features are enabled, Prace Launcher may interact with Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Drive, and Google Apps Script.
- read planning emails
- import work-plan data into Google Sheets
- create or update calendar events
- create, update, archive, or deduplicate launcher-managed contacts
- store runtime setup metadata needed for the launcher workflow
4. User responsibilities
- use the service only with data you are authorized to process
- keep local devices and credentials secure
- review configured Google access before authorizing the application
- stop use of the service if you do not agree with the requested access or documented behavior
5. Prohibited use
- violating applicable law
- processing data without authorization
- interfering with Google services or other systems
- sending spam, phishing, or deceptive content
- misusing API credentials, service-account keys, or other secrets
6. Privacy
Use of Google-connected features is also governed by the Prace Launcher Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
The service may change over time, including updates to features, configuration requirements, or Google integration behavior.
If the application changes the way it uses Google user data, the published privacy policy and related disclosures should be updated before the changed behavior is used in production.
